We want you to be extremely pleased with your purchase of any of our products. For that reason, we provide an unconditional, no-questions- asked refund. All you need to do is just ask us. Of course, we would like to know why you want a refund so we can improve on what we are doing but that is not necessary.

Refund Specifics:

     1. Time Period to Request a Refund: You have 30 days from receiving our product to request a refund.

     2.  Method of Refund: We will refund your payment back to you in the same manner that you paid for it with.

     3.  Product Condition: We request that if there is something wrong with the product, you provide us with                      pictures, but that is not necessary.

     4. Product Return: We normally do not require you to return the product. However, if we do want to get it                    back, we will provide you with a return label and ask that you have a carrier pick it up.
