SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping policy operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Your packages will be dispatched the day after your purchase. Free shipping is available for US purchases totaling $49 or more. Unfortunately, we don't provide discounted shipping to Canada, but we cover duties and taxes upon delivery to avoid any unexpected costs. You will be sent tracking information once your order is processed and shipped. Keep an eye out for updates on the status of your package.

Return Policy

We want you to be extremely pleased with your purchase of any of our products. For that reason, we provide an unconditional, no-questions- asked refund. All you need to do is just ask us. Of course, we would like to know why you want a refund so we can improve on what we are doing but that is not necessary.


However, our refund policy applies only to 30 days from the date you received the product. We can not offer you a refund or exchange after this period.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

There are never any additional or hidden costs associated with purchasing a product from us, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
